Description: Supports those experiencing grief. Guides through the stages of mourning with compassion. Encourages healthy expression of emotions and provides comfort in times of loss.

Description: Challenges social injustice. Protects people's rights and supports victims who have had their rights abused. Helps the person find freedom from oppression and persecution and therefore freedom from fear and depression.

Tips: Stand for justice, defend the vulnerable, support freedom.

Wine Spiritual Uplifter

Description: Assists, comforts, and uplifts people in despair and depression. Promotes hope and meaning in life. Uses spiritual healing, positive thinking, exercise, healthy living, and joy-based therapies.

Tips: Encourage physical wellness, teach positive self-talk, introduce laughter therapy.

Yellow Buddy Supporter

Description: Builds a buddy support network for those at risk. Befriends and provides ongoing friendship and mentoring. Works with helpers, helpees, and supervisors to ensure support continues.

Tips: Set up regular check-ins, form circles of support, always follow through.

Amber Wise Leader

Description: Guides others through decision-making and action plans. Trains, leads, and inspires by example. Identifies talents and unites people toward shared goals.
